Delete Account & Data

Send an account deletion request.

Email rubberduckcruiseshipgame@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Paddo account.

1. Send from the email address associated with your Paddo account where possible.
2. Include your Paddo username or the sign-in provider you used if it helps identify the account.
3. Tell us that you want your Paddo account and associated data deleted.

If you use Sign in with Apple with Hide My Email, mention that in your request. Do not send your Apple, Google, or Facebook password or any verification code. We may need to confirm which account belongs to you.

What the request covers

Identify whether you are requesting deletion of the entire account or specific content. Account-related data can include profile information, gameplay progress, placements, finds, and other content associated with the account.

Purchases and Apple records

Account deletion and App Store purchase records are separate. Apple manages purchase history and refund requests through its own services.
